End User License Agreement for Focus Pal

Effective Date: 31.08.2025

Focus Pal - Screen Time Manager (the “App”) is provided by Manuel Fessen. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store terms.

2. App Purpose

Focus Pal helps you track app usage, create focus sessions, manage distracting apps, and build healthier digital habits. The App is informational and does not provide medical, therapeutic, or other professional advice.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or attempt to circumvent subscription or payment mechanisms.

4. Data and Privacy

Screen time, focus session, and usage data are stored on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account when synchronization is enabled. Subscription management may be handled through RevenueCat. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium features may require an in-app purchase or subscription through Apple’s App Store. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

8. Apple Terms

This EULA is between you and the App developer, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

9. Changes

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
